They create an illusion that they are in high demand by having multiple affair partners, being elusive about giving their significant other a genuine commitment, communicating with arrogance when they are asked to take accountability for their actions, sending mixed messages to a variety of love interests, and having multiple love interests competing for their attention at the same time.

This is what gives the narcissist fuel to play it bigger than God. However, it is all smoke and mirrors and if you engage with the narcissist in their pathetic games you end up in the pits of hell.
